How to Access Tenant Proof of Program Participation
Effective December 15, 2022, ERA Alabama will no longer accept new additional funds requests. For applications submitted prior to December 15, 2022, tenants may be awarded three months of future rent and utility payments provided total past and future payments do not exceed the Treasury mandated program cap of 18 months. This is also subject to the availability of funds.
